Carlo & April // A Wedding in Black and White

March 29, 2020

When you photograph people in black and white, you photograph their souls

TED GRANT

They say life is in color, but black and white are more realistic. With black and white, all I can see is the rawness and the genuineness of their emotions. Those smiles, tears of joy, and all the giggles and laughter, my eyes are set on these. It’s like the images are speaking.

As a photographer who captures weddings, sometimes people overlook the essence of what true wedding is. It’s supposed to be about “CELEBRATION”. And yes we do glamour portraits and formals, (don’t get me wrong here! 🙂 ) but ME as a photographer, I set my eye on these candids and in-between moments. I love capturing those moments that people don’t usually see in a mainstream portfolio.

At the end of the day, looking back at your photos after 15 years, you can say THAT THE photos I provide are TIMELESS and you will always cherish these moments again and again and again.
How do you want your wedding to be like?
